Aryo Bastiaanssen founded TBC HOLDING B.V. at the age of 20, which resulted from a passion for entrepreneurship and real estate.
Within six months, Aryo managed to buy his first trading investment property without much resources.
At the age of 21 he quit his full-time job to co-found De Brabant Makelaar, where he is now active
full-time. That same year, he and his business partner managed to grow their business to the point where
they now sell 10+ residential properties a month. They also bought their first rental investment
property the same year.
The next step is to franchise the successful concept of De Brabant Makelaar throughout the
Netherlands.
They also continue to expand their own investment portfolio with residential and commercial properties,
transformations and development projects, both nationally and internationally.
